We had such a fun time at our Shop Small Y'all Market in the fall of 2021 we decided to host a spring event as well!

The market is just around the corner + is the perfect place to find all the gifts for Mother's Day (which is the day after Shop Small Y'all)! We will have local vendors selling jewelry, home decor, plants + fresh flowers, candles, pottery, soaps + so much more! We'll even have yummy things to munch on.

Don't miss this fun event Saturday, May 7 from 10A-3P.

Let's take a look at what vendors we have coming!

If you haven't met Mandy you are missing out! She is a joy to be around with an easy smile + laugh. She volunteers with New Creation each week + helps with everything from trying on clothing, to stuffing envelopes, to tagging wholesale items to handlettering signs. We are so grateful for her!

Her love of plants led her to begin Smarty Plants as space in her own house was running out! She always has a beautiful selection of plants + we can't wait to see what she brings this time!

Jen is a woman of many talents! Her homemade mildly-scented coconut oil soaps are to die for. She also makes pottery, including vases, bowls and hanging planters, which are simple + stunning. Her items make the perfect gift for just about anyone on your list!

The Paper Nest Studio is the shop name for macrame items made for the modern home including a whole range of gift items. Ruby, the maker who began this shop, has been creating things all of her life and two years ago began making and selling macrame. Ruby is the sole maker and loves working with her customers to provide unique and beautiful things for the home. She custom designs each piece and often uses branches and sticks from her property, in her macrame pieces. Ruby is passionate about her work and would welcome the opportunity to create something unique and special for you!

During the pandemic and quarantine Andrea started burning candles all the time. She noticed she was getting headaches from the fragrances in these candles. Combined with the need to do something other than watch Netflix, she started making candles as a hobby and quickly became hooked!

Andrea is committed to creating candles that provide warmth, hospitality, and comfort while promoting recycling and clean living. The candles are made with soy wax and safe fragrances. In an effort to minimize waste, the jars are recycled and repurposed. Whether you use these delightfully scented candles as gifts and party favors, centerpieces for family dinners, a centering practice for meditations, to make it seem like you cleaned, or to create a calming ambience - she hopes they bring you comfort and joy!

Hannah Marks is a senior at James Madison University. Art has been a part of her life for many years, and it is something she has slowly but steadily been growing in. Art began as something fiercely expressive where she was constantly trying to portray certain emotions or feelings, but, as she’s grown, it has become something that brings her rest and peace.

Hannah hopes you find the same rest she does in her paintings and drawings, or that you get to enjoy a peaceful morning drinking some coffee out of one of her handmade mugs. She is so grateful that you have taken the time to come and invest in her passion.

2 Little Birdies owner & artist, Kim Nieder, is a local girl from Dayton, Virginia.  A former teacher turned entrepreneur, Kim was looking for a creative way to stay home and raise her babies (her little birdies).  Three daughters & 17 years later, she is still creating & growing her business with plenty of daydreams to keep her going.

Kim loves to make one of a kind pieces and finds inspiration in beautiful beads, nature, & bible verses.  Jewelry can bring so much joy & meaning, which is why she continues to create for her faithful customers.

Nicole Diehl, the face behind Cole Collection, is the mom of two beautiful girls and wife to an amazing husband who has always supported her passion and allows her to be in this business that she absolutely loves.

Nicole has been a Dental Hygienist for the past 10 years and after COVID hit, the medical field completely exhausted her.  So she found this.  In the evenings after she put her girls to bed she started playing around with polymer clay as a decompression from the day.  This business started out as gift giving for birthdays and holidays, but her friends were so in awe of them they encouraged Nicole to move forward with a business and start selling (to those friends-you know who you are and THANK YOU for the push).

She has always been a creative, artsy person but never thought she could make a career out of it.  She has found her niche and here she is making women from all over beautiful with her statement earrings.

The first of our two food vendors, Just Fries, not only features delicious fresh cut boardwalk style fries, but also a family working together! Jenna + Dusty decided to start this business venture in an effort to bring their kids up around business + to teach them entrepreneurship + responsibility. They are doing that by running Just Fries with their four children. We love this idea + this family + cannot wait to try their fries!

Rural Revival Designs specializes in creative happenings for your attire and home. Lauren, the talent behind RRD, will have earrings made of natural + upcycled materials and custom jean jackets with vintage flair at the Shop Small Y’all Market. You can also join Lauren at her annual Home Sale + Friends on May 28 to see the full line up of curated home decor + more local vendors!

We are so excited to have Briana Dean here with her beautiful fresh flowers! Consider the Wildflowers is a new venture for Bri, who runs HenHouse boutique with her mother. She has a love of flowers + an eye for beauty which make a perfect combination for creating this new business venture!

Goodness Gracious is the combination of two mother daughter duos + best friends. Both mothers have passed on their love of feeding those around them delicious, wholesome food. Together, Rebecca + Molly and Crystal + Cayleigh, create, cook, bake + deliver meals throughout the county. They use fresh, quality ingredients including family farm raised beef and pork. Each week is a different menu of delicious food just like your Grandma made!

And now they have a way to bring their cooking to your event with their food truck! This is the debut of the Goodness Gracious food truck + we are so excited!

New Creation + Village to Village have partnered for years to work internationally in Moldova. Sabrina + Heidi have developed a friendship that is only strengthened by their work together overseas. Village to Village not only works overseas but they also work with Church World Services to set up homes for incoming refugee families.

One way they are able to do what they do is by selling beautiful items they bring back from the places they work, such as Guatemala + Moldova, as well as vintage finds. So come ready to purchase some beautiful items!
